After 30 years with WEM Automation Mr. Ernest R. Bollinger, Jr. has decided to retire as President and CEO of WEM Automation.

Mr. Bollinger has earned a high level of respect within the agricultural and construction industries through academic and hands on leadership.

He has been a major contributor to industry standardisation, regulation, and compliancy while developing methods of improving productivity and efficiency for WEM clients.

He has also developed a strong WEM management team to continue and expand upon the vision of customer focused growth.

James Phillips, a veteran of the company, has taken over the role of President and CEO. Mr. Phillips says, “Mr. Bollinger has been an extraordinary leader. He has led the company to significant growth and respect over the years and we look forward to continuing the customer driven traditions that have made WEM a great company. We wish him well in his much deserved retirement”.
