Novozymes takes first place on Dow Jones Index 2012
Novozymes has once again taken the top spot as the most sustainable company in the “Biotechnology” sector of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). The company heads the rankings in its sector for the eleventh time.
Out of a possible 100 points, Novozymes received 86 points.
About DJSI
The DJSI is an international recognised sustainability ranking system run by Dow Jones, the leading supplier of stock market, financial and economic information, and SAM Group Holding AG, a Swiss investment group.
The survey results, which are published annually, are based on a comprehensive sustainability analysis. Selection criteria include aspects such as corporate governance, environmental management, operational eco-efficiency, and supply chain management.
