Sustainable Nutrition appoints new technical director

Monoglyceride producer Sustainable Nutrition has appointed a new technical director to support and further expand its global activities.

Massimo Migliori joins Sustainable Nutrition with over a decade of industry experience.

“Our new technical director will bring with him a network of industry specialists, know-how and an extensive list of monoglyceride users. Our state-of-the-art production site currently provides our clients with the highest concentration monoglyceride mixtures, fully tailor made, in both dry and liquid form. Against the backdrop of a continuously growing demand for antibiotic free meat, milk and eggs, the combination of our production and quality standards with Massimo’s knowledge and experience will allow Sustainable Nutrition to maintain its 50% growth rate over the next coming years.” says Sustainable Nutrition managing director Jan van den Berg.

During Migliori’s time at SILO he worked together with FRAmelco on several monoglyceride research projects.

Sustainable Nutrition was founded in 2013 by two managers, formerly with FRAmelco. At the moment Sustainable Nutrition supplies FRAmelco with monoglycerides, as they have entered into a long term collaboration agreement.
