Kentucky: more than bluegrass and horses
When talking about the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the United States the first things that come to mind are bluegrass and horses, the latter being the thriving industry of the state. The feed industry has adapted itself to this major cash provider. Hallway Feeds even dedicated its enterprise to the horse sector. Burkmann Feeds serves the remaining dairy farmers with ‘one shot feed’ and Kentucky Nutrition Service utilises the cement mixer to its optimum.
