AGP sells AGP Grain Ltd.

Ag Processing Inc. (AGP) sold its subsidiary AGP Grain Ltd. to Columbia Grain of Portland, Ore. The sale includes AGP Grain assets located in Minnesota and North Dakota. Terms were not disclosed.

“The cooperative has continually looked at ways to best serve producers in
this region. Our mutual conclusion is that this agreement will move toward that
goal given Columbia Grain’s direct link to a multitude of domestic and
international markets”, according to Marty Reagan, AGP chief executive
officer.

Columbia Grain was formed in 1978 and operates 38 grain
elevators in the western U.S., including an export terminal in Portland.AGP
Grain, formed in 1994, operates elevators and terminals in North Dakota and
Minnesota, including an export facility in Duluth, Minn.
