CPM acquires Greenbank Technology
CPM, equipment provider for particle size reduction,
pelleting, and thermal processing, has acquired UK-based Greenbank Technology
Ltd of Blackburn, England.
The acquisition expands CPM's thermal processing product offering into metal
decoration, web, pulp, and paper market segments.
