At the recently held EuroTier in Hanover, Germany, Kemin presented a new book on Mycotoxins in Animal Feeds – Facts and Solutions.
The book provides a state-of-the-art assessment on the occurrence and impact of mycotoxins in animal nutrition and options for managing. Kemin brought together a cross-section of members of academia and specialists active in the animal nutrition and mycotoxin domain fields for both depth and breadth of information, as well as insights on how to effectively control mycotoxicosis under different challenging conditions.
More than 1,000+ mycotoxins have been discovered so far and the risk of mycotoxins entering the feed chain is almost unavoidable and worthy of the industry’s attention.
