CPM acquires processing company in China

Following completion of the acquisition, the CPM Ruiya Extrusion division
will be aligned with CPM Century Extrusion. The acquisition will significantly
expand CPM’s portfolio of primary processing equipment for markets served by
compounding extrusion technologies and extends the existing CPM global solution
network in Asia. CPM will continue manufacturing at all existing locations and
will continue the production of all existing product lines.
