China: Conference on gut health and animal nutrition

The one day conference on ‘Animal Nutrition and the Modulation of Gut Health’ included presentations by scientists and researchers from China, UK, Greece and The Netherlands

The conference was opened by the Managing Director of Meriden Animal Health Limited, Stephen Harris, who said ‘The world faces many challenges to provide sufficient quality food.  This conference aimed to be of interest, learning and networking for all of those whose who face the challenges and opportunities ahead, whether that be farmer, feed producer, scientist or business man.  I think that everyone who was here today has gone away with a better idea on how to approach the future.’
