Commercial production of cod has been in the pipeline for some 10-15 years. In
response to depletion of wild stocks of this popular marine fish. Development
was so protracted due to cod's complex nutritional requirements. Grethe
Rosenlund explains how Nutreco have solved many of the problems so farmed cod
can finally appear on the menu.
