Global Grain Asia

The first Global Grain Asia conference will take place in Singapore at the Shangri-La Hotel.
Global Grain Asia will bring together international experts’ in order to cover an increasingly important Asia factor in the international grain and oilseeds trade. Subjects that will be addressed include:
- Grains and Oilseeds supply & demand, with a particular emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region
- Rising Asian demand: the effect of trade imbalances on the trading competitive landscape
- The nature of dietary changes in the Asian consumption
- Issues surrounding the trade (legal, transportation, logistics) pertaining to the Asia-Pacific region
- Supply chain risk management
- Cross-commodity convergence; and
- Grains and oilseeds capital flows
Over the past years, Geneva proved to be an ideal location for Global Grain due to a well-developed regional commodity ecosystem. Likewise, Singapore will be the perfect regional hub to host Global Grain Asia.
