Our goal is to see trade resume as quickly as possible

That is US Agriculture Secretary Ann Veneman's main task, but if trade will resume as quickly as the industry would like is uncertain. With the first BSE case found in the US, a lot of digging is being done into the credibility of the American feed safety system.
