Trading grains becomes more competitive

The demand for grains is increasing, mainly due to the booming biofuel industry. This will automatically have an effect on price. But which other aspects determine the purchasing of raw materials, particularly grain? Feed Tech spoke to Anne Marie Imanse, the only female grain trader at Cefetra in the Netherlands to find out.
