Chief Industries buys American Grain Dryer Product Line 16 Jul 2010
Chief Agri-Industrial Division of Chief Industries Inc. finalized the acquisition of the American Grain Dryer product line from Northern Grain Equipment, LLC.
As part of the acquisition, Northern Grain Equipment will provide contracted services to Chief for sales and technical support, and will continue to assemble both the Continuous Mix-Flow and Continuous Batch dryers for Chief at their West Fargo, ND locations.
