The company announced that:
- During the period from 18 April 2008
until and including 18 May 2008, Nutreco purchased 699,374 of its ordinary
shares at an average price of €47.38 per share. Herewith the share buy back
program of its ordinary shares is completed.
-From the total number of
ordinary shares issued (being 34,868,682) Nutreco now holds 747.690 shares in
treasury.
