A large portion of the Texas Gulf Region is
experiencing electricity outages due to storm damage, complete restart of the
facility will be contingent on the restoration of this utility infrastructure.
Novus personnel were evacuated prior to landfall of the storm and there were no
injuries.

Some Novus business partners have experienced varying degrees of storm related damage. Novus personnel are currently working with these partner organizations to assess this damage and to aid in their return to full capacity operation, which will allow Novus to return to normal operation.
