PHOTO REPORT: Mecmar grain dryer in Wroclaw, Poland
19 Dec 2011 - A huge tower dryer was recently installed in Wroclaw, Poland. This is the most powerful continuous dryer within the Mecmar portfolio with a daily production (24hrs) of 1,440 tons of maize – considering a moisture reduction from 20% to 15%. The final moisture content of the grain can be changed by the end-user. The cost of the system depends upon its configuration (e.g. type of burner, type of grain you want to dry, etc.). 31 Jan 2011 - Fieldale Farms in Baldwin, Georgia, USA is a family-owned fully integrated farm, which means all parts of the chain in poultry production are in their own hands. This is from hatching egg production up until cut-up ready to cook poultry meat in the supermarket. Feed manufacturing is also incorporated in the integrated formula. Feedmill: Felleskjøpet Agri BA
09 Jun 2009 - Farmers cooperative Felleskjøpet Agri BA is the largest cooperative feedmiller in Norway, with about a 50% market share. Amongst others the company operates 15 feed mills across the country and employs around 2,300 people. With 57 grain depots it is also the largest grain collector in Norway. Head office is in Gardemoen, app. 50 km north of Norway’s capital Oslo. The pictured feedmill is located in Stange, 1 hour drive north of gardemoen. See the photo gallery >>
