Pressurised conditioning to improve pellet quality

Feed manufacturers are increasingly using some sort of conditioning device to improve the pelleting abilities of a feed mash before pelleting. A preconditioner is an extra investment, so preconditioning must improve quality or increase profits. Pelleting Concepts International considers preconditioning as an integral part of pelleting and developed a pellet mill with a built-in pressurised conditioner.
