Save on extrusion costs by using an enzyme

By using a simple enzyme in the conditioner of the extruder it is possible to increase capacity by 20-30% without changing the other parameters. Klaus Pommer of enzyme manufacturer Novozymes presented these latest findings in processing aids at the Orffa petfood information day in Breda, The Netherlands.
