The farm level impact of RR soybeans in Romania

The commercial planting of genetically modified, herbicide tolerant (Roundup Ready) soybeans has been permitted in Romania since 1999. Graham Brookes summarises the farm level impact of these soybeans in Romania over the period 1999-2003 and draws comparisons with the reported impact of the same technology in North and South America.
