Aerobic
yeasts in an anaerobic environment? Scientists are converting to this idea,
after research shows just how beneficial results achieved might be. Yeasts are
most efficient when the rumen is not functioning optimally, chiefly when diets
are overloaded in easily fermentable energy, or are poor in nutrients.
