The
addition of both live and inactivated yeast products has gained growing
interest during the last few years, despite their differences in efficacy. Juhani
Vuorenmaa of Suomen Rehu illustrates with recent research results that the
combination of cell wall and extract parts of the yeast after hydrolysis
appears to be more efficient than cell wall alone.
