Emmy Koeleman (30) completed her Master Studies at Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Her studies were mainly focused on animal science with a specialisation in animal health. She is currently the editor of the renowned international publication on animal nutrition, Feed Mix and co-editor of Feed Tech.
Dr Hinner Köster was born on the 17th of April 1965 and raised on a large cattle ranch in Vryburg in the North Western Province. He studied at the University of Pretoria where he received his B. Sc. Agric. in 1986, his B. Sc. Agric. (Hons.) in 1987 and his M. Sc. Agric. (Animal Nutrition) in 1990.
Rich Reynertson is CEO of Feed Management Systems, Inc. and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. With more than 16 years of senior level software and professional services development experience, Reynertson has worked with many Fortune 100 companies.
Harrij Schmeitz obtained his BSc Degree on Horticulture at the Agricultural College of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. At that time agriculture in general was a business of relatively small family owned farms and local cooperatives with relatively low level of automation. In his last year of study (1985) the first computer arrived at the college. This triggered him.
Dick Ziggers began his career as a technical adviser in the poultry sector for a large Dutch feed manufacturer. His movement into the journalism within the sector gained momentum when he joined Reed Business. He is currently the editor of the international feed production and applied nutrition magazine Feed Tech plus the content manager for the website AllAboutFeed.net.
John Mosig can be considered one of the pioneers of Australian warmwater aquaculture. His 30 years’ experience at a commercial level have given him a clear understanding of where the economic drivers are to be found in intensive aquaculture production systems.

Philippe Caldier is an agriculture graduate who has devoted most of his career to technical journalism and publishing, mainly in the agricultural and food business. Since 2001, he has actively been freelancing for an increasing number of technical media belonging to leading agricultural press groups in Europe. Philippe currently focuses his surveys on Eastern Europe including Russia and Ukraine.
