Alltech launches career development program 2014

Dr. Pearse Lyons, president and founder of global agribusiness and bioscience company, Alltech, is proud to announce a further ten vacancies for applicants. The deadline for applications is December 2, with training and placements commencing in early February 2014.

The graduates will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s top specialists in the fields of science, aquaculture, marketing, veterinary science, I.T., business and biotechnology. The Program is an integral part of the company’s overall growth strategy, fuelling the pipeline of executives who will further the direction of Alltech’s business. The 12-month, salaried, mentorship programme will begin with an intensive training period at Alltech’s Global Headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky, USA where graduates will study topics including sustainable energy, communications, marketing and international business. Following this, they will continue training and development, while simultaneously managing key company projects, in one of the company’s 128 offices around the world.
