Question and answers on the use of GMOs in the EU
The European Commission issued a questions and answers fact sheet to update interested parties on the current situation regarding the use of genetically modified organisms in the EU. The main subjects cover (revised) legislation in force and the legislative proposals on traceability and labelling put forward in July 2001.
