Cargill signs agreement with DENCO
Cargill Animal Nutrition, DENCO, LLC, and Golden Lyk,
LLC, a subsidiary of DENCO, Morris, Minnesota, US, have reached an agreement for
Cargill to provide distribution, marketing, and nutritional expertise to Golden
Lyk supplement products.
The agreement includes a toll manufacturing arrangement,
as well as exclusive marketing rights to Golden Lyk products under a trademark
licensing agreement. In addition, there is an option agreement for the future
purchase of the Golden Lyk business.
