Ian White reappointed as President and CEO of CWB
Canada’s Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz has announced the reappointment of Ian White as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Canadian Wheat Board (CWB).
“I am pleased that Mr. White has agreed to continue serving as the CWB’s President and CEO,” said Minister Ritz. “Mr. White has shown exceptional leadership during a time of significant transition for the CWB. He has my full support and confidence in continuing to lead the CWB as a voluntary marketing option for farmers during the transition period and in the preparation of a privatization plan.”
Mr. White’s reappointment is for a two-year term effective March 31, 2014.
