Are we making the best use of NSPenzymes?

Exogenous enzymes have become a popular tool for releasing nutrients from feed, and there is much scientific literature supporting their use. However, are non-starch polysaccharidedegrading enzymes being exploited to their full potential? Scientists at IRTA think that exploring new diets and new targets may expand the market.
