AFIA’s liquid feed symposium held in Sept. 2009

The timely theme for the event is how to best serve the needs of customers during periods of economic downturn. Topics to be addressed by industry experts include the capital and credit markets, innovative financing, what’s new on the horizon, recommended feeding levels of certain nutrient and mineral requirements in supplements, the advantages of liquid supplement applications, and end-user delivery methods. 

Other sessions will focus on cattle and commodity markets, the long-range weather outlook and possible effects on range land and crops, a legislative and regulatory report and a research report from Kansas State University.
