The figures also confirm that the leaders in feed production in December 2012 were still Cherkasy and Kyiv regions which both produced 62-63 thousand tonnes, and the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions each with 40,000-50,000 tonnes.

As of January 1, 2013 the level of feed stocks were 26.2 thousand tonnes. According to preliminary estimations the level of feed production in Ukraine, in 2013, should rise by 5-7% to 6.8 mln tonnes including the share of the shadow market.
