Bacterial endoxylanase: the all round feed enzyme
Pigs and poultry have difficulties digesting the
non-starch-polsaccharides found in cereals. Enzymes can chop these long chain
structures into smaller bits. Xylanases seem to be the right enzymes to do this
job.
