Maximising moisture through microwave monitoring
Water is the cheapest feed ingredient, so as a feed manufacturer you want
maximum amount of it in your recipe. However, every ingredient has its own
moisture content and this often varies. Modern technologies make it possible to
check an ingredient's moisture level and adjust the processing parameters to the
maximum allowable moisture content.
