Danisco A/S has signed an agreement to acquire Agtech Products Inc, a US based agricultural biotechnology company dedicated to the development, manufacture and technical application of microbiological-based products for the animal production industry.
This represents an important step in strengthening
Danisco’s strategy of delivering healthy nutrition solutions to the global
animal production industry. Adding proven new microbial technologies to
Danisco’s existing market-leading portfolio of feed enzymes and betaine will
underpin this healthy nutrition strategy.

which provides a unique analytical service that maximises product value for
customers.
