First US DDGS to enter Australia
Australia’s first imported sample of US distiller’s dried grains with solubles, a co-product of US ethanol production, has successfully cleared inspections after arriving at the Port of Melbourne on November 25, according to the US Grains Council.
The shipment will be used in feeding trials which will be overseen by
Australian feed supplier CopRice, a major supplier of feed ingredients,
manufactured livestock and companion animal feeds.
