Novus Int. opens new feed plant in China

Novus International, Inc. has opened a new animal feed input plant in China. The new facility, located in the Ma Lu Jiading district, a suburb of Shanghai, China will bring Novus closer to Chinese based customers while expanding overall production capacity.

“This facility is an example of our continued commitment to the Asian
market,” said Thad Simons, President and Chief Executive Officer, Novus
International Inc. “This new facility will strengthen our position in Asia and
enable Novus’s continued growth in the region.”

China represents one of
Novus’s investment locations due to the county’s dynamic growth rate in the
agriculture market. The 23,000 square foot facility is equipped with
cutting-edge machinery made in the United States and China.

“Having a
direct investment in China is a milestone for Novus,” stated Giovanni Gasperoni,
Executive Vice President, Marketing and Sales. “With the opening of our Research
and Development Center in Beijing last year, our new manufacturing facility can
quickly capitalize on research that will benefit the Chinese agriculture
industry.”
