Nutreco Holding starts share buyback
Nutreco Holding N.V. said that its share buy back programme for approximately 35 million euros will begin on April 18 for general corporate purposes including to cover future stock dividends and employee stock plans.
The company said that the share repurchase programme
will ultimately end on May 18, unless the maximum counter value of approximately
35 million euros has been repurchased before such a date.

Holding said that the above mentioned share buy back programme will be executed
in accordance with the mandate given by the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders on April 15.
