Conference on European food and feed law
Does more regulation mean better protection in the
food market area? To give more insight in this question Lexxion Publishers
organises its 2nd International European Food and Feed Law Conference
2008.
The event is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, 9 and 10 October, 2008, in
Amsterdam and will bring together experts in the area of food law from different
European countries, international organisations and institutions to discuss the
latest developments in the application of the Community law from various
perspectives.
Amongst the speakers are
- Robert Madelin, Director General
at the Directorate General for Health and Consumer Affairs,
- Alberto Alemanno,
Legal Secretary at the European Court of Justice,
- Bas van Buijtenen, Vice
President Human Nutrition & Health EMEA at DSM Nutritional Products and
- Andreas Kadi, EU Director Scientific and Regulatory
Affairs of the Coca-Cola European Union Group.
The target group of the event are private legal
practitioners, economists, academics and industry representatives from all over
Europe - and beyond.
