People: Norel's Technical Department

Norel announced the appointment of Sara Fernández as Junior Flavour Specialist.

Sara holds a degree in Chemistry along with a Masters in Fine Chemicals Experimentation and will be part of the team conducting research and development of new flavours for animal feed.
Her job will involve studying the incorporation of new aromatic molecules as well as synthesizing new products capable of enhancing feed appetence and palatability.
Sara will also be responsible for the set up and development of new techniques of GM chromatography and will collaborate on the implementation of European regulations in technical documents.
Her willingness to learn about flavours for feed as well as her industriousness will make her a key component in the technical department of Norel.
