Nutreco merges its Agriculture and Specialities division
Animal feed company Nutreco will merge its divisions Agriculture and Specialities to one new division: Animal Nutrition. The company said this is needed to be able to profit and share knowledge better between the two divisions.
Jerry Vergeer, Executive Vice-President of the Agriculture division is named Chief Operating Officer Animal Nutrition. Frank Tielens, Executive Vice-President of the division Specialties and member of the Board Of Directors will resign from March 1st, 2011.
From march 1, the Board of Director from Nutreco will be Wout Dekker (Chief Executive Officer), Cees van Rijn (Chief Financial Officer), Jerry Vergeer (Chief Operating Officer Animal Nutrition) and Knut Nesse (Chief Operating Officer Aquaculture).
