PEOPLE: Sweet appoints bilingual customer service specialist

His responsibilities will include assisting customers worldwide with technical specifications and product capabilities, answering customers’ questions about replacement and add-on parts for our existing products in the field, and helping customers with all aspects of their orders.

 

James will demonstrate an important part of the Sweet Sales team’s ongoing commitment to provide extraordinary customer service. 

 

James has several years of proven sales and customer service experience in both domestic and international markets. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and has extensive work experience in Latin America. James has previous experience in the agricultural and industrial sectors.
