New checklist for feed auditing in French feed mills
For the French feed market, OVOCOM has created a checklist in order to facilitate combined audits for two certification schemes. This will save time and administration for both the certification bodies as well as the French feed companies.
Many French compound feed manufacturers use two certificate schemes: GBP AC certification (Oqualim, French based) and GMP Animal Feed certification (OVOCOM, Belgium based).
The specific certification rules for these two systems are kept the same, but the checklist (developed by OVOCOM) can be used voluntary to combine the audits for these two schemes. This can save time for both the certification bodies as the feed mills.
