To control the quality and nutritional value of soybean meal, the industry needs reliable, rapid and cost-efficient methods. Recent studies indicate that the long established protein dispersibility index analysis gives a more accurate assessment of soybean meal quality in day-to-day operations. A simple blender plays an important role in this assessment as Ignace Debruyne will explain.
