Nils Niedner – Director Product Management MetAMINO at Animal Nutrition
Nils Niedner joined Degussa AG, the forerunner of Evonik, in 1992 as a sales representative and subsequently served as product executive at Degussa Hong Kong and chief representative at Degussa China in Shanghai. In 2000, Nils was appointed global product manager for L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan and L-Valine and, since 2017, he has been Evonik’s global product manager for MetAMINO® (DL-methionine). He holds an MBA from the University of Reading, Henley Business School.

Dr. Andreas Lemme – Service Marketing at Animal Nutrition
After finalising his doctoral thesis in 2000, Andreas joined Degussa—today Evonik Operations GmbH—as a poultry nutritionist and worked on numerous poultry-related feeding studies as well as modeling of amino acid recommendations and developing respective software tools. In 2007, he assumed responsibility for the Animal Nutrition Research team at Evonik and in 2013 moved to the European sales platform as regional technical director to manage technical support for the European sales force. In 2017, Andreas moved to Service Marketing as poultry expert. Since early 2021, he has also resumed his role as head of the animal nutrition research group at Evonik Animal Nutrition.
