Tornado destroys Arkansas feed plant
A pet food plant from Arkat Nutrition, an animal feed company that produces Enhance Equine horse feed, was destroyed by a tornado that ripped through Dumas, Arkansas US on Saturday.
According to a report by The Associated Press, the National Weather Service
rated the Dumas tornado as an F-3, with wind estimated at 158 to 207 mph.
Another area tornado was rated an F-1. The tornado damaged or destroyed 43
houses and 50 mobile homes, leveled 25 businesses, and severely damaged nine
more. Dozens of people were injured.
