Adifo has joined forces with Microsoft Dynamics to make an entirely new version of its Milas = Millers Administration Software.
After having developed four generations of this Milas software package Adifo’s board decided to invest in a new way of servicing its target markets.
The new solution had to be based on a broad market leading horizontal ERP system. Adifo set high requirements on the level of globalization, modernization, vision and continuity.
Also it had to find the right balance between the available standard functionality and the flexibility of adding sector-specific functionalities. Microsoft Dynamics AX was found to meet these criteria.
Microsoft Dynamics AX is an integrated, adaptable business management solution that helps companies and their employees make business decisions with greater confidence.
Microsoft Dynamics AX works like and with other Microsoft software. It automates and streamlines business processes, and enables users to connect with global customers, business partners, and subsidiaries.
Introduction to the market
In the coming months Adifo will present the first release of Adifo-Milas-AX and the global development roadmap for the coming years. Interested parties can become familiar with the program at one of Adifo’s free launching seminars:
- Belgium: September 29th in Ghent
- Netherlands: October 1th in Ede
- Germany: October 20th in Hamburg
“This new Adifo-Milas-AX solution offers the best of two worlds,” says Adifo’s managing director Adam Sneep.
“We want to be the forerunner in business management software solutions for the international feed, food and agricultural trade industry. […] We confirm our status by productizing new ERP software for global markets with Microsoft.
“This cooperation is further evidence of Adifo’s drive to provide up-to-date, user-friendly software packages for our core business: the international feed industry.”
“I’m happy to welcome Adifo in our Dynamics ERP channel”, says Marc Charlier, country manager Dynamics, Microsoft Benelux.
“Their strategy to concentrate in the feed sector is perfectly matching the vertical strategy Microsoft is rolling out. Understanding the business issues and talking the same language as the customer remains the best assurance for successful implementations.”
