Hausmann new CEO for Bunge North America

Carl Hausmann, who has served for four years as CEO of Bunge North America, will assume the newly created role of managing director for global government and corporate affairs, the food and feed ingredient company said.

 

In this capacity, Hausmann will coordinate Bunge’s government affairs, corporate sustainability and community relations on a global level.

 

Soren Schroder, vice president of agribusiness for Bunge Europe, will become CEO of Bunge North America. Schroder will lead all of Bunge’s business operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

 

Both Hausmann and Schroder will report to Bunge Ltd. Chairman and CEO Alberto Weisser.
