People: Sweet appoints new Customer Service Specialist

Bulk material handling, conveying and processing equipment supplier Sweet Manufacturing Company is pleased to welcome Lisa Gordon as its new Customer Service Specialist.

Her responsibilities will include assisting customers worldwide with technical specifications and capabilities of our products, answering customers’ questions about replacement and add-on parts for our existing products in the field, and helping customers with all aspects of their orders. Lisa will demonstrate an important part of the Sweet Sales team’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Gordon is an established customer service professional with several years of proven sales and customer service experience in both domestic and international markets. She has previous experience in the fastener and automotive sectors, having worked for a leading fastener manufacturer. She has a proven ability to apply her strong problem solving skills and experience to provide added value and overall customer satisfaction.

The addition of Lisa to Sweet’s Sales team further expands the company’s commitment to worldwide markets and to extraordinary customer service through technical expertise and support.
