Sodrugestvo moves HQ to Luxembourg

The company Sodrugestvo employs activities in animal feed and logistics. As was announced on Tuesday during a press conference at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the company will furnish its headquarter in Luxembourg. Ten people will be employed here.

 

The group has annual sales of $1.8 billion and employs 1,350 people worldwide, especially in Russia and Brazil.

 

Crucial to the decision to relocate the headquarters from Denmark to Luxembourg, was the favourable legal framework in the Grand Duchy, it said on Tuesday.
