Thailand, the world’s largest exporter of tapioca products, continues to hold a strong position in the international market compared to competitors like and Vietnam. The demand for tapioca is enormous and the Thai industry is seeking solutions to eliminate the bottlenecks in supply of tapioca roots to increase production, according to a Rabobank International report.
