Animal nutrition company Mixscience announces new MD
A major player in animal nutrition in France and abroad, Mixscience, part of the Avril group, has announced the appointment of Jean-Marc Salaun as the company’s managing director.
In his role as MD, Salaun will join the Management Committee of ‘Avril Solutions for Agriculture’ and will be responsible for the development of miXscience‘s activities in France and abroad and rolling out the 2027 strategic plan.
Son of a farmer and an engineer of UniLaSalle Beauvais, Jean-Marc Salaun has for the past 9 years been in charge of miXscience’s Species and Nutrition division, and for the past 6 years of the Feed Specialties EMEA Business Line. Prior to this, Jean-Marc had 10 years’ experience in the animal genetics sector with the Evolution group.
